These General Conditions concern the purchase of services, carried out remotely via telematic network, from Fix Repair by Stomeo Paolo, with registered office in Via Annibale Ranuzzi, owner of the site www.fixrepair.net Every purchase operation will be regulated by the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 185/99 and, as regards the protection of privacy, will be subject to the regulations of Law no. 675/96 and subsequent amendments.
Acceptance of the general repair conditions
The contract entered into between Fix Repair and the Customer is to be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by Fix Repair. Such acceptance is considered tacit. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general and payment conditions set out below, as well as to be of legal age and fully aware of the intention to place the order.
If the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to their professional activity), once the purchase procedure is concluded, they will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general sales conditions, in compliance with the provisions of Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance sales and, as regards the protection of privacy, will be subject to the regulations of Law no. 675/96 and subsequent amendments.
All repair operations entail the loss of the official manufacturer's warranty (if still valid).
It is understood that every repair operation automatically entails a 30-day warranty from Fix Repair starting from the date of issue of the tax receipt and limited to the intervention carried out. The warranty may be limited if the repair was carried out on devices not maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions, for example in the presence of rust, humidity, previous repairs carried out by unqualified personnel.
In the event of impossibility to repair the goods or non-acceptance of the estimate, the same will be returned and only the price of the repair estimate present in the relevant repair category will be charged to the customer, faulty components desoldered or removed from the device found during diagnosis will be disposed of as they are contaminated with toxic substances (flux and lead), the device must not be reconnected to the power supply in any way as it is not conditioned for operation or testing, any failure to comply with this prohibition could cause further damage to the device itself or to the rest of the system if it is part of it, Fix Repair is released from any liability in this case.
Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or indemnity is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
The payment of the invoice, or alternatively the decision to proceed or not with the acceptance of the estimate in case of choosing the free estimate services, must take place within 30 calendar days from the sending of the same to the customer, after which Fix Repair may exercise, without prejudice to the usual legal actions to protect its credit, the right of retention art. 2756 of the Civil Code, also proceeding with the deposit and sale of the goods, any storage costs will be applied after this period. The same term also applies in the event that the Customer does not provide, after explicit request, the data necessary for the issuance of the invoice, (residence address, tax code, name, etc)
Purchase methods

Fix Repair reserves the right to choose the carrier, based on the possibilities and the contractual conditions between the carriers themselves and our company, unless the customer chooses a preferred carrier. The change of carrier for the transport of packages will not constitute any surcharge for the customer.
Warranties
Repairs are covered by a 30-day warranty, to exercise the right to free repair (shipping costs are excluded) the customer must contact Fix Repair at fixrepair2000@gmail.com communicating the defect of the console. Fix Repair will analyze the defect and based on the information received will evaluate the acceptance of the warranty repair. It should be noted that the warranty covers the repair carried out and not the entire console or device. Any defects not related to the repair intervention will be charged to the customer if they decide to proceed with the repair.
Collection by courier
Once the customer has booked, through their express choice in an order, a collection by courier, and this has been booked by our company, if for any reason dependent on the customer it cannot be carried out, Fix Repair will charge and require payment of the collection costs (€10) from the customer.
Shipping
Shipments (collection, reshipment, return and exit from warranty) travel under the responsibility of the courier, generally SDA or TNT, without accessory services included (insurance, storage, delivery to floor), any accessory services must be explicitly requested from Fix Repair through the notes form or supplementary email to fixrepair2000@gmail.com at the time of the order and before the request for each shipment. To insure the package, a recent purchase receipt or invoice for the shipped item is always required. Insurance only covers the shipping phase (return to the customer) and never the collection. In case of loss or damage of the package during collection by Fix Repair of a faulty console under repair, there is no refund or insurance available. If the customer wants to insure the device under repair, they must independently arrange the shipment to Fix Repair. The insurance refund will be evaluated by the courier by analyzing, based on the data in the invoice, the estimated value of the device. The VAT present in the invoice is never refunded.
Privacy
The personal data requested when placing the order are collected and processed in order to satisfy the express requests of the Customer and will not be transferred to third parties under any circumstances or for any reason. Fix Repair guarantees its customers compliance with the regulations on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code referred to in Legislative Decree 196 of 30.06.03.
